My dear Dad passed away two years ago, and my Mum wanted very much to have a necklace to remember him by, and I thought of fingerprints. Lucille is extremely sensitive to the bereaved's needs, she listens to your requirements, making the most subtle suggestions and gently arranging the whole experience, including taking the finger prints and creating a well defined, beautiful silver pendant that my mum treasures and wears everyday.These gifts give people so much comfort when it is most needed, not just at the time, but afterwards which is most important. When our young adult son was critically ill nearly a year ago, one of his friends suggested we took his fingerprints. With the help of the maternity ward (which had the necessary equipment) we did this the night before he passed away, and commissioned a beautiful pendant from Sophia Alexander - an open heart with a representation of his fingerprint on one side and his name and dates on the other. The whole process was handled sensitively, and at a gentle pace - the prints were enhanced and edited, and we were able to choose various features of the finished piece. We have nothing but praise for this little company, and for the beautiful memento of a life cut short.

Had a beautiful hoof print made. Lucille is a highly talented lady who takes care and pride in her work. She made a young girl very happy in making her horses hoof print into a pendant that will last forever. Can highly recommend.
