Rang on a Sunday evening for my neighbour who had locked herself out.Tony came out to her within 10 minutes. He was friendly, calm and professional. He explained what he was doing throughout the process so that my neighbour understood.I have nothing but praise for Tony, he was professional throughout. The cost was very reasonable for the service provided.I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are 5 star all round.

Highly recommend! Tony is highly skilled, customer focused and professional. He came quickly to fix an unusual issue with our lock, problem solved to a solution that was significantly more cost effective than it could have been, and was ideal.. he was also very thoughtful in doing several extra little details (e.g reducing the gap left by lock to keep heat in) for no charge. Will choose every time we need locksmith services

A very professional company who puts customer service ahead of profit. A rare find nowadays.
