Fantastic bikes and friendly service. What machines, has an awesome time on the Marin trails, the bikes worked flawlessly and tackled the trails with ease and were amazing on the climbs. Will definitely be back.

Great location and routes to choose from, Harry was very knowledgeable and helpful. We rode E-bike HT, still had 4-5 bars of battery left at the end. We chose the route 'Lakes, Views and stop in Betws', great views! Cycled around Lake Crafnant, well worth it for views and interesting route. Good fast downhill sections on gravel.

Had a fantastic time, Harry was very helpful, we arrived after snowfall the previous evening so we had to amend the routes slightly but the snow made it even more fun! The ebikes still managed it, couldn't have done it on a normal bike!

We had the best ride ever, climbing the national park with incredible views. Harry is super friendly and helpful; he recommended an excellent route based on the time we hired the bikes. Everything was super smooth, and we had a wonderful experience!

Amazing service from start to finish! Owner- Harry, couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond to support us and ensure we both had the best experience! Ensured the bikes were both correct for us before leaving and even suggested a route for us! The electric bikes were a perfect hire for a sunny day in Llanrwst!Couldn’t recommend Harry and his company enough, we will be booking again in the future, thank you!

Bike chain snapped part way through a bike tour.. the mechanic at Snowdonia Bikes saved the day! He fitted a new chain he had spare and tweaked a few extra bits with the bike in need of repair. Very helpful. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

What a blast, 7 of us had the hard tail e-bikes. Great routes, a short distance from the hire shop. Bikes were ready and fully charged. Went up the hills as quick as we went down them, effortless and so easy to use. Thanks
