Couple of card operated machines

Have now used this facility 3 times. On the first occasion the £6 payment for the washer was taken twice. I phoned the service number to ask the owner about a refund but he wasn't having it. I texted and shared a copy of the payments from my card. He did not acknowledge or reply. On the second time I paid £2 cash for the dryer. The dryer would not start. I think the start button was jammed. The coin return switch didn't work. So lost £2. Tried phoning the help number, left a messsge but received no response. I once again used the facikity today and fortunately no issues.

Excellent unattended launderette. Free parking directly outside. Never seems busy. 3 sizes of machines, £4, £5 and £6.60. Dryers £1 cash minimum for 10 minutes, so bring coins, or extra large £1 - £4 (32 minutes),contactless. Nearly always machines available. Large and extra-large dryers. Soap powder available, but better bring your own washing medium. Open every day 7.30am to 8.00pm. Last wash 7.00pm.

Really lovely launderette and the most helpful owner. I can't praise this place enough. It's easy to use, clean, reasonably priced and a joy to use. The owner went out of his way to help with a problem of my own making. Top launderette - the nicest I've been to.

Staff were helpful when I had a slight issue with my dyer sorted quickly without fuss many thanks
