What a beautiful home and the perfect place to end a three week tour. Catherine has thought of everything and is a welcoming host. You just felt at home from the moment you walked in the door. It was like a giant hug.We stayed in the Blue Room which has a king bed (extra long) and a twin. The room is huge and an ensuite has been cleverly incorporated into the room and appears to be a wardrobe, thus maintaining the feel of the era of the home. While compact, it is fully appointed and has a great shower with terrific water pressure. The linens and comforter are luscious and luxurious. The beds are comfortable and welcoming after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the French press coffee a great start to the day. This is a hidden gem and a fabulous choice.Thank you for sharing your home Catherine.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in Kiltariff Hall. Catherine is a very welcoming host and made us feel at home during our stay. The house has so much character and our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was lovely with a lot of the food sourced from local producers which is great to see.We would highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed.

What a lovely place this is! The house is a 19th century piece of history, peaceful and with an amazing spacious bedroom. The bathroom is fully refurbished, but keeps that antique look that fits the house. However, best of all was Catherine’s hospitality. Really friendly and kind host that recommended us plans for the day, and that greeted us in the morning with an amazing breakfast!Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area, worth even taking a detour on your way to Belfast!

A wonderful find. This characterful property has been lovingly maintained by its current owners. It's a must stay for anyone who appreciates a bit of history and a quiet location a stones throw from some of the most breathtaking sights in Northern Ireland.

Loved this former family home! Ingenious en suite bath added to our room that is compact but large enough for any traveler (we are NOT tiny folk). The down comforter and pillows made the bed cozy and warm. Wonderful place! Wonderful and warm host.

Beautiful old English/Irish style house. One of the best B&Bs we have had so far. Catherine was a wonderful hostess. Thanks very much! Our room was sparkling clean and very large. Hidden Ireland Gem. We have spent a wonderful 3 night stay this weekend. Catherine is an amazing host, so warm & friendly. Our room was really comfortable with modern and stylishly functional ensuite. We would highly recommend having dinner. As good as any 4* restaurant! We most definitely will make a return visit.

Catherine’s house is beautiful. Full of old world charm. We stayed in The Red Kite room; high ceilings, home made fudge/tea and coffee facilities and a fabulous en-suite. The breakfast was delicious too. Catherine is a wonderful host. We stayed here after hiking in the Mourne Mountains and it was the perfect base. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

A beautiful country house run buy an incredibly friendly and engaging hostess. Katherine gave us nothing short of Northern Irish hospitality. She's a great cook and provides a splendid breakfast spread with 99% ingredients sourced locally. The salmon and scrambled eggs served with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes were an exceptional way you start the day. But before that we indulged in locally sourced delicious and creamy yoghurt with an assortment of berry's and different types of granola. The music at breakfast in a perfectly heated and light filled dining room was simply magical. The country house is well equipped with all one needs from great WiFi, brilliant linen, excellent pillows and a powerful shower I'd like to take home. Only spent 2 nights here, but highly recommend Kiltarrif Hall Country House, a house that has been owned by the family from the late 1800s. Hope to visit again
