Orthotics for arthritic foot...money well spent!Specialist knowledge and Gait analysis resulted in bespoke orthotics. This has enabled me to maintain mobility. If I had known about this service sooner the inevitable future surgery could well have been avoided. Unfortunately, in my experience this was not available on the NHS to the same standard and off the peg orthotics just did not work.Brightwell Clinic has made a big difference for me. Thanks

Vicky is a wonderful Podiatrist. She's friendly and approachable, and really knows her stuff. My orthotics are incredibly comfortable and I'm walking pain free for the first time in an absolute age as a result.Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend enough!The short version:- Innovative & effective treatments- Clear explanations- Incredibly friendly chiropodists and receptionistsThe long version:I struggled with issues with my feet for a long while and had persistent problem for about 10 years. I had tried everything with no success. I came to the Brightwell Clinic without a lot of hope but having heard about a new treatment. We had a consultation where everything was clearly explained and the new treatment was recommend for me based on my history. Although these treatments themselves were painful, the pain very quickly subsided and I could even still go running the same evening. Moreover they were effective and my long-standing problem was resolved!The cost included everything (treatments and check ups). The reception staff were very friendly and I never had issues getting appointments to fit around work.Overall I would definitely recommend the Brightwell Clinic.Thank you Vicky!

I went here around two years ago with chronic pain in my Achilles. I was assessed given an insert for my shoes and told that would very likely solve the problem. It did. Can't ask for more than that. Pain has started again now, and I'd completely forgotten that I'd changed shoes and no longer had the insert!

Such a nice welcome from a lovely gentle lady who sorted my feet efficiently. Very pleased with the service I received. Will deffinately go again.

Very professional. Helped my feet on the path to recovery and gave me advise to manage for myself moving forwards (rather than promoting more appointments). Excellent.

Had been in gradually increasing toe pain for 3 or more years and one visit to Brightwell Clinic has cured it - over the moon!! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Went in with an issue that had been bothering me for several months now which was treated in under an hour. Was seen to immediately, treated respectfully and made to feel at ease. Was expecting intrusive treatment but was pleasantly surprised by Vicky's careful and considerate treatment, left feeling a lot less uncomfortable and pleased that it had been treated so quickly. Will definitely recommend the clinic to any friends or family suffering with foot problems.

I found Brightwell Clinic to very unpleasant and unprofessional. They took a deposit from my debit card for £60 and never sent a follow up email. Furthermore they canceled both appointments on the morning of the appointments. This happened on two occasionsWhen l pointed out that they had canceled twice and requested my money back they became aggressive cantankerous and defensive on the phone. In fact both administrators l spoke were extremely rudeAfter a long drawn out discussion they decided to give me my £60 back. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and the staff need training in customer service.Finally l don't think they have the staff on board to deliver hence the cancelations. Very argumentative and very unprofessional.I would definitely not recommend Brigtwell to anyone

Sterling service. So impressed by the staff, the attention to detail, interest in me as the (diabetic) patient as well as super hygienic. I would definitely recommend this practice. Everything was wonderful, got a complete check and my feet feel and look fantastic. Thank you.
