I was very happy from the first interaction with Diesel Heater NI, initially I found they through Facebook which then linked to their website, I easily found the spare part I needed and bought through their we shop, it arrived in good time and well packed so cannot fault the service. Prices of heaters and spares seem very reasonable.

Super fast next day deliveryI was fitting this to my shed bar and had a few questions about set up. They called me straight away with some tips and set up advice !! I’m sitting in my bar now at a balmy 23deg !!Very quick to heat up and works a treat !!Excellent customer service !!

Was impressed with the price and not having to pay import tax like with amazon..but a miner issue the remote didn't have a battery in it..after spending an hour trying to work out why it won't pair..the 5kw heater is amazing on its lowest setting running for 30 mins heats my citroen relay lwb van perfect,no need to run all night...only just put review now after running for a year 10/10..just a tip as been researching about the diesel tank and hearing they leak tap into main fuel tank simple to do just check on YouTube...this is not fault of diesel heater NI..many thanks to them for great product.

Very prompt delivery. Received my delivery at 10am Wednesday morning after ordering late on Monday night. I was kept informed when my heater was dispatched and when I should expect to receive it by. All my phone calls and texts were answered in such a timely manner and I was given so much information on any question I asked. Really informative and knowledgeable. Great value and I would not have any hesitation but to recommend this company highly.

Colin saved our holiday! The heater on my boat packed in on the second day and he bought a new one down to the pontoon. Before he did so, he made sure I had tried everything to fix it before I went ahead and bought a new one. The new unit runs much better than the old one ever did. Lots of great support and advice and a top bloke. Highly recommended.
