I have bought many kitchens from this store in particular especially over lockdown they have been second to none - top people in this store.Great advice and there not about selling the most expensive kitchens there about helping find the right kitchens with the appliances that make the most sense.Thank you to all the staff especially the manager Michael and kitchen designer deepesh they have been sensational and have persuaded me without saying I should shop with howdens by but there service which as resulted in 8 kitchens purchased since October 2020 till the present day of 06.05.2022.

Small show room ,but still have all you need to build your kitchen

Please refrain from applying for a job with this depot.Hi B**I hope you’re well.After taking the time and effort to come to your depot for a rearranged interview and also respectfully making you aware of cancelling on the Monday morning to the initial Monday afternoon interview, I’m very disappointed that the respect hasn’t been reciprocated by keeping to the phone call your colleague promised the following Tuesday to let me know the outcome.It took me to call to call on the Thursday to say I’ve heard from no one and that I actually got the job with a start date on Monday (yesterday) and that your colleague would call me back in a couple of hours time to offer me the position.No call on Thursday or Friday or Saturday or yesterday. I had to call you again this morning to only be told by him that he’s been far too busy to call and that they are interviewing someone else. You told me I had the got the job Ben. Your colleague today told me he would be calling back in a couple of minutes and yet again I’m shown a lack of professionalism.It’s disappointing to hear that I’ve not had the right to respectfully disregard contact to keep me posted since the interview so for this for this, I ask that you retract my application.I wish you the best of luckTamara

I can't speak highly enough of the staff and service at Howdens - Hornsey. Santosh in particular has been an absolute superstar and supported my partner and I through every step of the journey - from early inspo to helping us get the most value from our budget. The entire team were incredible and rallied together to get a deal over the line. I'm absolutely delighted with the service

Bought our kitchen about a year ago and had a problem with our drawer (an expensive unit to say the least) spoke to the new manager Michael who said no problem he would help, that was three weeks ago. Tried calling 3 times each time he said I'm collecting it tonight and will call me back tomorrow. At what point this man thinks his customers are stupid to hear the same stories over and over is beyond me. Even ask my carpenter to enquire and he said not to waste anymore time chasing him.Will try head office but shame Kem left!

Many of the appliances that were delivered were not what we had discussed with the salesperson. We were left out of pocket getting them replaced. Very poor kitchen layout design. Overall not impressed
