1 star because can't give a 0. Disgusting how they treat people. Do not recommend Bournville to anyone

Lawley village, the estate is a tatty mess, weeds coming through the paver all over the place, dead trees, broken fences, communal grounds not maintained properly meaning dead grass, weeds growing over boarders, dead plants. It really is starting to look like a slum and these clowns only care about sending out letters about bins left out! They are a complete joke who keep sucking their money out of everyone every year to sustain their own jobs. They do very little to actually keep the area to a high standard, instead they spend our money on social events and wine tasting for them and a select few residents they deem worthy. I cannot stress how inept and lazy they are when it comes to keeping up their end of the bargain. Its literally getting tota court level they are so far away from contracted obligations. Further to this, only a month ago one of their employees was filmed vandalising a local art installation for fun with another women. Basically sums them up perfectly.

Wonderful place to live wide open spaces and park great walks

Pay your money they do nothing for you. Need someone to talk to? Miss your bill and they are straight on the case. Seriously a waste of money and you are just paying to keep several people in a job. Money must be being spent somewhere.

Terrible attitude, terrible service . Waste of money

Iv been trying to move back to Birmingham to be close to family and help my son as he has medical health needs and every exchange Iv put in thay say no I am feeling like thay just not helpin me but splitting up my family my son needs to move asap and I won’t see him if he dose as I don’t drive so it’s hard for me to be there to help him if I can’t get there I need a 3 bed due to domestic violence and still thay leave me hear paying my rent and left to not live life lock in my home

I had a shower fitted 10/7/18 and I would Highley recomend the 2 guys that did my work they are alan and Lewis I had to go out for an appointment so I left them in my flat all alone and when I got back you couldn't even tell they had been there. They both left my place so clean and tidy I generally thought I would have to clean up once I got home but I didn't have to I would recomend these 2 guys all day long if anyone asked me.

A lovely place to live. So peaceful.
