Not good ordered the red drainer got chrome then to top it of the cutlery part is split and can't hang on the drainer phoned you was promised the new cutlery part not received not happy

Complete waste of time - 3 weeks ago we left them DVD player for repair. After phone calls I made for any update and promises to call back which never happened I went today to pick it up. They even did not touch it and lied they do not have diagram to repair it. Waste of time and rude service.

The person that I spoke to on the phone was very rude and not helpful. I tried to ask what the estimate cost or how much a diagnostic fee would be and I got a very sarcastic /rude response.

My TV back light went, I took it to TV discount who charge £25 to diagnose the TV. The TV cost me £120 to get it fixed. Good service, reasonable price.wil use again
