Blue Flame Heating Solutions

Changed my annual contract to Blue Flame. The response has been great. Engineer Adam attended within a week of registering, carried out a full service, was very aware of my wifes need to shield and was extremely helpful and courteous on his visit. First impression is that the company is very well run and has excellent staff.

Had an en engineer out was only here for an hour but been charged 1hr 30min. That engineer gave me the wrong diagnosis. Poor service from this company I have only managed to speak to one of the mangers once this was after a week of chasing. I hope the issue will be resolved soon been promised a phone call tomorrow 11/8/2022 will see if that happens as I have been promised phone calls back before and still had to chase them up.

Blue Flame installed a new boiler for a very elderly relative of mine and did a good job. Through no fault of the company she became confused about the bill. Leah in Accounts showed great patience and understanding while the family dealt with this difficult situation. Well done!

Im not happy with this company . I have been waiting for a week for a part to arrive for a shower repair . Every time I call for an update , they blame the bank holiday for the delay !

Our old oil boiler stopped working in January, we called a number of businesses to quote. Blue Flame came out the next day and I received the detailed quote within 2 hours.Upon giving them the go ahead we were booked in for 3 weeks time. With us expecting our second child any time this was urgent work for us. I received a call a week early saying they had a cancellation and could fit us in sooner.The work took 2.5 days in total, the guys were always on time, professional and courteous. The quality of their work is outstanding and their customer service is second to none.I can not rate Blue Flame high enough. Thank you so much for all the great work.

Had issue with underfloor heating not warming in two of 8 zones. Engineer Grant, superstar, talked me through checking the attenuators etc and think we fixed it!! Will know later but even if haven’t I still rate his patience, humour and all round performance 110%. Thank you Grant-will let you know later this eve if zones have warmed! Really appreciate you taking the time talk me through possibly fixing the issue.

This is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to have in my home to repair and fix my hot water system - from the friendliness of the office staff to the engineers. They were so helpful, polite, punctual and professional - so cheers Blue Flame

Fantastic team from the operations team in head office. To the engineers. They are courteous. Fast and responsive. Highly recommend them.

Emergency call out for our Rayburn which had just stopped working. Came back and replaced the thermostat control panel. Transpired there was another electrical issue which they fixed and promised us they wouldnt leave until it was fixed. Very impressed buy their professional service as well as their kind and thoughtful engineers. Would definitely recommend

Nathan just fixed my central heating in less than 2 hours from calling them. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Amazing in this day and age.
