I was in need of advice, I wasn’t charged but Gursh spent a while on a video call to talk me through a lock problem. He knew it was not a ‘call out’ situation and would not make any money, but he still was willing to help me.

Called Sure Locksmiths because key broke off suddenly in front door. Gentleman arrived very quickly & less than an hour later the broken bit of the key was removed from the lock. Advice given on how to maintain PVC door. Very knowledgeable & pleasant especially at dinner time on a Sunday. Thank you very much for coming so quickly & resolving our issue. Would highly recommend.
