Fantastic service from start to finish and around £400 cheaper than other quotes. The whole team where easy to deal with and Stevie turned up exactly when he said he would, first for the survey then for the fit.

We googled new front doors and this company came up first on the search.As they were local to us we popped into the shop at Brunstane Bank to have a look at the quality etc.Mike who was on shift couldn't have been more helpful so we agreed to purchase and picked our bespoke new doorAround lunchtime Viv called and organised the home survey for that afternoon and gave us an installation date. Steve turned up on time and did the home survey.On the agreed installation date Steve again turned up on time and had completed the installation, tidied and hoovered up after himself and it was finished to a very high standard.Incidentally we changed our minds on a couple of things like the adding of a door knocker at a very late stage but again nothing was a problem.From our first visit with Mike then Viv and finally Steve they are all a credit to themselves and the company.We were going on holiday which we did mention at installation time and the day after we returned a bouquet of flowers was delivered to our home from BYOD's which basically summed up this company for us.They care, they are honest, and they really do go the extra mile and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic new front door.

Got a new front door purchased and installed with this company. We weren't exactly sure what design to go for so Tony from the company came round to talk through options and give recommendations. We couldn't have asked for more from the word go; helpful, friendly and informative staff in the showroom, helping us to chose the correct product which was to form a major part of the renovations to the front of our house. Then there was the top class quality of the door itself, which was then installed by skilled, professional tradesmen, producing a beautiful result. Finally, a 100% reliable after sales service, checking that we were happy with every aspect of our purchase. Without a shadow of a doubt, a truly first class experience. After being hugely let down by a well known and established double glazing and doors specialist I was ready to give up but Buy Your Own Doors was recommended on a local Facebook group and I am SO glad I went with them. Tony gave us fantastic advice when choosing our doors and never tried to up-sell or dazzle us with ‘amazing discounts’. He talked us through what to expect and gave us a no nonsense pricing structure which was straightforward and transparent.
