Barre&Baby

I am reviewing Barre&Baby as a newly trained Barre&Baby teacher. The training provided by Barre&Baby is fantastic - Elisa is so passionate about what she teaches and is also very attentive in her training. I felt a real sense of community during my training, which has also continued afterwards - there is so much support from Elisa and the other Barre&Baby teachers and I cannot wait to get started running my own classes. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to further their knowledge and develop skills teaching pregnancy and postnatal dance based classes.

I absolutely loved the pelvis workshop! I have sciatica and groin pain post partum and this helped loads with the pain and gave me tools I can use everyday (even if it’s just for 5 minutes) plus I have discovered some new things about my body and how to move it (including how to walk!!!). 100 per cent recommended!

Barre&Baby has been something of a lifeline for me over the past 9 months. I find barre a very holistic form of exercise, for both the mind and the body and I invariably feel happier and healthier at the end of every class. An hour and a half spent with Elisa (even via a computer screen!) is a pleasure because of her radiant smile and enthusiasm for life and for dance and her amazing ability to connect with women and mothers, and babies too:)When heavily pregnant in the midst of lockdown Barre&Baby offered a space to share gripes and groans with a community of caring and kind women, many of whom could relate to my situation and vice versa I to theirs. Then with a babe in arms but with nowhere to go and few people to meet and with whom to share motherhood experiences, it provided a little extended family of friendly faces to check in with each week and to share some highs and lows and a few laughs, as well as to dance (of course!)When Agata, my now 8 month old hears the little tunes for the 'babies time' exercises her face genuinely lights up. The class has provided wonderful structured bonding time for us and I think we have both looked forward to the classes each week.I really can't recommend this class highly enough!Thank you Elisa xxxx

I just finished the Barre & Baby Teacher Training! It is very complete, inspiring and motivating. I am looking forward to teaching my classes in Madrid with the knowledge that I have learned. Although it has been online, I have felt a lot of closeness with Elisa and the whole team. Thank you for creating this wonderful course.

A wonderful virtual class for life long dancers and newbies alike. Elisa takes the time to explain the moves and how they can help during pregnancy, including helping us to correct posture - quite an achievement over webcam! The class was great fun, lovely music, I look forward to the next one!

I am very proud to have completed the Barre&Baby teachers' training course after three months of dedicated and hard work. It is a great pleasure to be part of such a team. Looking forward to taking care of the well-being of pregnant women and new moms!
