Aqua Sensation

Terry and his family paid us a visit mid-July to install a Kinetico water softener and a drinking water system. They were punctual, had excellent communications, very considerate and clean when they were working, and were definitely problem solvers which is essential with the older houses we have in the area.It's been over 2 months since the installation and we've had literally 0 issues with great water both to use and drink.Would recommend 100% without a hitch.

I wish all tradesmen and suppliers were like this. The quality of the pipework/plumbing is astonishingly good. The guys also laid blankets down and took shoes off immediately and did an incredibly efficient, neat, clean and cost effective job. Would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for any installation/moving or purchase of any softener or tap system.They also gave great advice and went the extra mile to add a last minute addition to the install at an incredibly competitive price.

We had a water softener installed in our home, and whilst there were a couple of issues, Terry was around straight away to fix them. Couldn't recommend them enough. Sure, the softeners don't come cheap, but having had a cheaper one in our previous home, it's well worth it. Coupled with the fantastic aftercare, it's proving to be a no-brainer

We decided to have a water softener installed having moved from Nottingham to Bedfordshire and eventually realising that the harder water had triggered my wife's eczema. We have now had it (EcoWater evolution refiner boost) installed for 15 months without any issue, and is has certainly been of benefit to my wife. We have not yet had to buy any more salt than was provided when the softener was installed.From our initial enquiry right through to the completion of the work Terry provided a reliable, professional and fantastic service. Communication was clear and prompt, there was no pressure to buy during their initial home visit, he and his son were punctual and treated our home as if it were their own (in a good way!) during the installation and they left very clear and helpful instructions (including photos) as part of the install.I have no hesitation in recommending Terry and his services or the product installed.

Terry & James at Aqua Sensation are great! The sales process and the installation of our water softener were seamless, courteous and highly professional. They were clean and tidy during the installation and explained everything thoroughly before they left. After care is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them. We also order salt from AS which they deliver in a timely manner and is good value. Highly recommend!
