TERRIBLE. AVOIDSHOCKING customer service. Bought and paid for 19 packs of flooring when picking up 2 had been burst by forklift and were totally wasted. Told no more in stock go to Kilmarnock or wait until next week for replacement which was useless as floor already lifted. Asked the so called manager for cost of going to Kilmarnock and back. Said no can do. Obviously will be contacting head office about this terrible customer service

The guy at the Falkirk branch was polite enough, calculated how much flooring and underlay I needed,supplied me with edging, brought it to the van for me and helped me load the van... would recommend!

Good parking can be found at the Falkirk branch. Staff there are great. I've never had an issue and I quite often use them.

shop is well set out and staff extremely friendly and helpful however my main concern is that there was no sanitizing equipment on show for people to cleanse there hands overall a well stocked premises

Pure return/refund policy,do not buy any more then you need,they will not accept returns of unopened laminate boxes if value excited 10% of original purchase,(no information provided when making purchase) except little piece of paper on the wall and on receipt ones you paid for stuff

Terrible service, faulty product and store refused to refund or give contact details of who to complain to. Bought in Falkirk store but for property in Dundee whose fitter agreed it was faulty. The guy in Falkirk could only get it to fit with a hammer which is against manufacturers’ instructions.

I've bought flooring for two different houses from DF. Both times I've been pleased with the quality of the flooring. The staff are helpful. They even let us store boxes in their warehouse as we paid for 70 boxes in total. Great service. Plenty of parking in the area.
