Had a fault with my Plumis Automist system so naturally braced myself for the usual misery of getting something expensiveand unexpectedly broken, working again.I shouldn't have worried though, as MCFP were great. Mark came out and quickly diagnosed the fault last Friday. Then he was back today to replace the failed part and everything's now working again.Throughout the process, great communication from MCFP - I just wish all the other problems on my to-do list could be resolved so easily.

MCFP carried out a stellar service with the utmost care. They found the path of least resistance to install the system in our living room and caused as little damage as they possibly could.Everything was done on time and on the day initially agreed to carry out the works.Sincerely recommend them.

I have dealt with MCFP in connection with my self build based in Bicester. To say the team were helpful was an understatement. From the initial conversations, meetings and subsequent install, the whole team were fantastic. As I've never done this before, Liam and Leigh walked me through and explained every part and were more than willing spend the time to work with me to ensure that the vapourmist system fit both the regulatory requirement and positioned for the visual impact - best of both worlds! Well done!
