Never had a machine problem for longer than a couple of hours, which in todays society is incredible. the service, knowledge, and customer care is second to none! Always on the end of the phone, even had conversations with the owner whilst on his annual holiday just to make sure I didn't have any issues.long may our professional relationship continue!
