The Reef
Visited on Thursday evening for a meal. Lovely venue right on the beach and we were able to sit outside and watch the ships passing by. The food was beautiful with something to suit each person and good sized portions, well presented. The staff however were the stars. Young and eager they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Always there when you needed something but never in your face, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Had a really good lunch here with our 2 grandchildren. Sat on the terrace with a great view of the beach, service was friendly and quick. The food was excellent, pizza, loaded fries and burger.Well worth stopping for a drink or food.

We ate at the Reef Thursday 7th September.The service and food was amazing and we will definitely go back next time in Sandown.We were looked after by Lauren who was very pleasant and attentive throughout our dining experience.We booked a table in the morning and I recommend doing this as you may not get a table by just turning up.Very, very good.

Fantastic meal catering happily for my quite fussy gf 6yr old. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommended. Will definitely return next time we're on the island.

Stumbled on this place by accident. Staff were lovely and food was fantastic! Kids menu was good and their food was really nice and they finished the lot. I recommend the malteser cake for pudding!

Best ever Club sandwich. So much so we went back for another meal at the end of the week. Staff were very welcoming. Would definitely return.

We just had an amazing meal at The Reef at Sandown and I have to say it was one of the few place left on the Island who can deliver fresh and well cooked and presented food. The whole diner experience was outstanding with Josh and the rest of the crew. Me and my wife are definitely going to be coming back soon to enjoy more of this amazing establishment.

A nice pub in a lovely spot. We actually got a takeaway for the beach. But they made a real effort to make it look nice in a pizza box. It was a fry up with all the bits in. We all loved it. Food was really tasty and perfectly cooked.

We had booked a meal for my Mums birthday and the food was fantastic. I had the mussles and I was a little overwhelmed at the amount I got! The creamy garlic sauce was so nice I'd have even had it on it's own as a soup if it was thicker. My Mum had the moving mountain burger (vegan) and she absolutely loved it. My Dad had the chicken and bacon tagliatelle which he was raving about how good it was but was unable to finish as the portion size was very generous. The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, always with a smile and can't do enough for you. Highly recommend eating here!

We were a party of 3 visiting the restaurant. It was absolutely boiling inside. We were not offered any fans or water refills. The salmon curry was not curry, the pumpkin pasta dish was decent. Fish and chips was also not too bad. Probably wouldn't visit again though.
