Excellent service from Keenan at the Bloomsbury branch. We were short for time and he helped us look around and get a storage space in minimal amount of time. Very pleased with his assistance

GREAT PRICES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was helped by Andre and he was so kind, courteous, and efficient. When someone is as knowledgeable about their job as Andre, customers will always receive the best service! Being nice to customers comes natural to him. It’s like he never needed training to be kind. We walked in at Bloomsbury branch and a very warm guy welcomed us. Keenan was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, answered all our queries well and signed us up very quickly. Everything was a breeze. Am so pleased with his dedication to work. He is awesome! Hope to see more people with his expertise working around.

Excellent service and location - prices are far and on par with London sadly - but Tony was one of the kindest, knowledgeable, easy going individuals ever who worked tirelessly and efficiently for me and every other customer I happened to see before or after me. Can not rate or recommend Tony highly enough. The company could be terrible for all I know but a 13/5 customer service experience.

Shurgard self storage are incredibly lucky to have Tony working for them at their Bloomsbury branch Not only is he an extremely professional manager, but without doubt the most efficient ,reliable, supportive, and kind member of staff that I have come across in all my years of using storage facilities, and other services. He is an asset to Shurgard, nothing is ever too much for him to sort out or correct. It is rare to receive and find such amazing customer service these days.

I have used this storage service twice this year and this review is indicative of the experience from those two instances.First, the positives, great location, convenient access to your unit, and clean facility. Staff typically friendly.Now the negatives and the reasons for the atypical low rating:1) I got a quote online for the unit I wanted and got an email with the rates and based on that quote, I made a reservation with a deposit. Had I been given a different quote, I would have chosen a different storage service. They then sent me another quote, at a higher rate for some reason, contradicting the original quote. This is deceptive advertising and what could be best described as Bait and Switch". Once in the store

I found this facility very helpful in being able to sort out personal belongings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist is exceptional for customer service. The units are in good condition and the premises are well located for central London. Storage accessories are also available to purchase.

If you want to have your stuff dry - DO NOT RENT HERE.Water is leaking from the ceiling inside the storage unit and the management don’t act!! My storage unit was full of water TWICE. I called and reported but they just don’t care, they advice to change to another storage unit that just also leaks.They recently removed protective layer over the storage unit so now all water comes straight to your belongings. Worst customer support ever.
