if you’ve made an appointment to come, you might as well cancel it and find other alternatives. it was a complete waste of time coming here. I had over £500 knocked off the original quote and the advisor wasn’t to interested in justifying the price.

I have been given value online but after going there it was deduction of almost 1400£. I was so surprised. They said it’s going to be whole panel change because it’s scratch on the bumper. Not happy with deduction. It should be deducted the scratch price not the whole panel price. I am sure they are not going to change the panel anyways. They will repair the scratch and sell the car in auction.

I was told my car would sell for a certain price. I got there and the value had dropped by 45%, it feels like a way to back people into selling there and then. It's very distasteful. At least let people know the final value may vary by £X which you didn't.
