Came in for hair and beard and went to the blonde lady , fastest haircut ever and left with wet hair and a rash on myNeck from a dirty razor blade . Beard was an absolute mess . The owner seemed grumpy and miserable and place is run down . Not a nice shop at all

I went in to Sweeny Todd’s because my usual barbers was closed and I’m so chuffed I did, they’ve won themselves a regular customer. Ben did an amazing job on my hair, the cut was great, the staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. If you live close to Christchurch get yourself down there, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

They give an excellent service, and the staff have a great sense of humour! Personally I have never had a bad haircut there. They, and this is a big plus for me, do a neck shave the old way if you ask, with a proper cut throat razor. Excellent job.

Having lived in the area for 20+ years and in need of a decent cut, I remembered Sweeney Todd’s (I can’t believe I haven’t been there before). No waiting time as they had three staff and a quick turnaround meant that I was in, out and looking fresh in good time. A good cut, a decent chat with the friendly team and a quick cuddle with the most beautiful Newfoundland dog (Louis) I have ever had the pleasure to meet. A local celebrity by all accounts. Louis made the trip worthwhile on his own - he even posed patiently for that attached photo. I’ll definitely be back!

Tony and his team have always been awesome, friendly, and perfectly priced! Never had a bad experience, hence IV been going there as long as I can remember! Although I maybe balding and thinning on top now, Tony was more then happy to give my beard a trim and tidy up after a quick buzz on top. Quality work, see you guys again soon!
