Excellent company to deal with from order to delivery. I made an email enquiry about ecotiles for my garage. They asked for more details to ensure I would get right product. Didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed or inadequate for the purpose. Jane Hall , customer service was particularly helpful directing to a ‘ bundle’ deal saving me money. Delivery was within 3 days. Product is great quality, easy to instal. Although tiles are thin they are substantial to stay in place. Thank you

We decided to invest in Ecotile flooring for our bicycle repair workshop following a recommendation from a friend (they had Ecotile flooring in their car restoration garage).Richard, Lucy and the team were helpful from start to finish, advising on products suitable for our workshop. We chose the recycled tile as it was in keeping with our environmentally friendly industry - and we haven't looked back.The installation was incredibly easy, and the flooring has made a big difference to the finish of the workshop, as well as making being on your feet 8+ hours a day more comfortable. The tiles have been down for a couple of months and we've had no issues whatsoever. We would highly recommend Ecotile to other bike shops!

Fantastic experience with my order, wonderful customer service from Gemma who was helpful and happy to go out of her way to ensure I was happy. When I arrived to collect my order (in my car) my order was on a pallet, several of the team quickly and happily transferred it all into boxes for me and even loaded it into the car for me. The quality of the tiles is great and the logo printed tiles that were in my order really seal the deal, I couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone

I laid these tiles down in my 7m x 9m woodworking shop. I have several woodworking machines on wheels that I move around as needed. The grey tiles show no signs of wear and they make it easy to keep the shop clean. They also provide some insulation value permitting to warm my shop better than before. Great product! Great service!

I was looking for a smallish supplier of sports tiles for a home basketball court and came across Ecotile. Given that they mostly supplied businesses my order would be relatively small so was concerned about the level of service that I would get. I was very pleasantly surprised with James and the team and even though there were some supply problems with the courier misplacing a “few sq metres” I was kept informed at all times and replacement tiles were sent through to help complete the project.The tiles themselves were really easy to fit together (for someone who is a complete layman) and even cutting them to fit my slightly angular frame was straightforward.I had some tiles left over and a courier was arranged to pick up the remainder and refund suitably processed easilyOverall really pleased with the outcome - the look and feel of the court is great, with a very consistent bounce (even though by base laying was average at best!) and looks great in my favourite team’s colours. My kids are really pleased and have already organised plenty of (socially distanced) 2 on 2s.I coach basketball in a local team and the court is good enough to support so will be organising some training sessions over the coming months.Would thoroughly recommend using ecotile for anyone else thinking of building a basketball court, whether at home or part of a sports complex.

Excellent customer service follow-up, they actually contacted me to make sure I'd ordered the right colour icon tile to fit with the general scheme (which I hadn't) prior to delivery. The floor tiles are excellent quality and fairly easy to fit by eye. I cut them fairly easily with a dremmel tool.

This company offers very good quality floor tiles and a professional fitting service. There is a good choice of tiles and I am very pleased with my choice. They do look great in my garage. The salesperson advised me on which tiles would be best suited for my needs. I used their own professional fitter, Vic. He was excellent. Arrived on time and did a very good job fitting the tiles. The pictures were taken several weeks after installation. I did not sweep the floor prior to taking the photos. I highly recommend this company
