Partners 4 Care

If you have a choice over your loved ones care provider, DO NOT choose these! I have just called at my fathers house today on the way home from work at 11:15hrs. He was sat in his chair still waiting for his breakfast which should have been about 08:30hrs. When I spoke to someone on the phone they did not have a clue, even though the carers have to log on their mobiles when they arrive, so this should have flagged up as a no show at my fathers. They don't give rotas out so my father doesn't have a clue who is coming or when, and they are never the same timings per visit. I feel as though my father is the easy option if they are running late or problems crop upMy father doesn't like to complain, but I shall certainly be doing that. Last week I called on him and it was an hour later than he should have had lunch but nobody had turned up. I phoned their office and could only get an answer machine. I left a message asking them to call me back to let me know what was happening. I AM STILL AWAITING THAT CALL!!!Please do not not subject your loved ones to this

Unprofessional and unreliable. Terrible service from this company. The management don’t even bother to reply to correspondence.

TLDR version: worst care company in Teesside (at least in my experience) avoid like the plague.So let me begin with the only positive, there are a handful of carers working for this company (if they are even still there) who are wonderful, kind, caring people who are struggling against the odds to do the best they can for their clients, and I have nothing but admiration and respect for themNow the bad.The office staff are the rudest, uncaring, incompetent and most out of touch people you will ever meet. They have no clue what they are doing and have no business being involved in home care.A list of the issues:*Massive staff turnover, higher than even other similar companies due to the poor treatment of staff.*Carers being unleashed on clients with little to no training, often having been trained by staff who themselves are new to the job.*Poor communication unless you are a company looking to invest.*They have used carers who have been barred because of theft.*They have sent carers who are clearly intoxicated.*They almost never stay for a full appointment time as they overbook staff and don't allow for travel time, so staff are constantly rushing which leads to mistakes being made and things being overlooked that shouldn't be.*They are transphobic to both staff and clients and quite possibly homophobic too.*Missed appointments.*Aggressive, rude and argumentative staff who have no interest in helping, they just want to maximise their profit margins while doing as little as possible for their clients.I've never had anywhere near as many issues with other care companies I have dealt with. Partners 4 care excel in their ability to alienate their clients, staff and make everyone who comes into contact with them miserable.Their behaviour is grossly incompetent (if not bordering on potentially criminal) and those responsible for care services in Teesside should be investigating them closely.

Absolutely disgusting care, if you could call it that! Missed visits, missed medication, wrong medication given, medication given late despite it being time specific and overall poor care. Management were appalling, and found to be less than truthful. I would not have this company look after my loved one again!

It took a lot for me to accept help from careas, to help with my very ill husband, I was adamant I did not want help, but I am so pleased I accepted help,from p4c . The careas we get are so caring, they go above and beyond for us , so frendly and caring, Britony Holly Caron Jade, Hanna. All so caring and know what my husbands needs are. They also cheer us up when they arrive, the girls I have named are exceptional. So my advise to anybody who dose not want help just accept it you won't regret it, I could not do with out them, i would also like to give Britony our thanks as she brought to my attention an infrction my husband had and said i should get it seen to,wich i did and she was right, so thanks Britony as he could of ended up in hospital if i had not got it checked out . And her bringing it to my attention so thank you Britony. Brian and carole

The worst company ever to deal with care staff who can't do the job they get paid for and management not much better avoid this company like the plague

I cannot believe this company are allowed to operate, they should be struck off.The majority of the carers must be picked up off the streets, given no training, no uniforms, some of them have no personal hygiene.Wrong medication, no medication given.Management useless and tell lies.Stay away. Not interested in their clients.

Rang last week, still no call back as promised, I think all the reviews say it all
