Mike came out to see us on a Sunday to fix our dishwasher. Really friendly and very fairly priced, gave pointers on how to keep the dishwasher breaking and came back the next day to see us when the problem wasn’t 100% reaolved. Highly recommend

Couldn’t sing Mike’s praises more. Came out to look at our fan oven, and didn’t make us feel bad when it turned out we just didn’t have it on the right setting. Then he came back in the house just before setting off because I’d managed to rip the heat shield off our grill, and didn’t charge us extra for his additional help (probably felt bad for us…). He was kind and friendly, and will be the one we call as soon as we need his services again. Thanks Mike!

Mike came out within 24 hours of the call and fixed our oven. He clearly knows his stuff and years of experience was clear to see. He didn’t just fix the issue we called him out for but went out his way to offer great customer service (which is rare nowadays) and looked at a few other bits too. He was friendly and great communication with regards to arrival time etc.100% recommend his work.

Mike spent 2 hours meticulously searching for my dishwasher fault and eventually traced it to a faulty circuit board. He was unable to repair there and then due to not having the correct parts. Because of this he didn’t want to take any money from me, despite spending 2 hours of his time helping me out.A knowledgeable and genuine guy, highly recommended! Many thanks

I rang in a panic as my fridge freezer had broken, and the guy i spoke to was so helpful - even though they don’t do fridge freezer repairs!! Hopefully his tips will work and we’ll be back up and running! Thank you!! Definitely will be back if i need a repair in the future!
