I usually always go to Sytner to buy my cars. This was the first time I have used a different garage and was very impressed with the service I received. The staff were super helpful and friendly and Zak's knowledge on BMW's is second to none. 10000% recommended!

Brought an Audi A3 off this garage in Telford in February. Thought I'd wait a few months to give an honest opinion. I got told that I couldn't pick my car up for a week as he wanted it looking showroom ready for me when I collected it. This did not happen. When I collected my car he couldn't be bothered to be there. After paying over 7k for the car they were arguing over a fiver which was outstanding, couldn't believe what I was hearing. So the car had 4 deflated tyres, no wheel locking nuts, no partial shelf, no manual,no sat nav update or card. He put 12 months MOT on car only for my to have break pads and discs fitted only 5 weeks ago.Spent over a grand putting things righton the car so it's safe to say I won't be going back to this cowboy. Usually you get a call from the person to see how tbecar is going but I'm still waiting.My advice, stay clear.

Just brought a car from BCC, they were extremely helpful after having a few issues with the car after purchase. They supported me and fixed all issues raised in a timely manner, they even gave me a courtesy car to use while it was in the garage, they couldn’t have provided a better service!

Purchased a car in June 2020, the car I enquired about had only just been put on for sale and because i’m not from around the area and was local for the few days. Zack pulled a few strings and got the car down to the dealership as the car was situated elsewhere before I needed to head back home. I got to test drive the car and did not feel pressured at all into buying the car which was great. Communication was great throughout and I got the car delivered when it was ready, free of charge! No problems at all with the car to date either, overall i’m very happy!Thanks Brook Cars Company!

I can highly recommend buying a car from here. I had never bought a car from anywhere bar a main dealer before but the experience of buying from Zack at Brooks was so straightforward, open, honest and easy that I wouldn’t hesitate in going back again.The car I bought had quite a few paint defects and the alloys were all kerbed (that’s how it came in) Zack had no hesitation in getting them all sorted and to a very high standard too.A couple of other issues with the car were sorted without any hassle too.Zack kept up communication with me the whole time so I knew how things were progressing.Zack really did go above and beyond in making sure the car I got was how I wanted it to be.10/10 from me.
