Had an amazing experience booking a stag with Nomad. Every step through the booking process was super easy, the camping setup was excellent and the adventure activities were awesome! Everyone had a great weekend. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We hired a bell tent from Nomad Events for our weekend party and Tom was very professional, arrived when arranged. The tent was spot on and was lovely and cosy inside. Would definitely use again.

Nomad Events pulled out all the stops and put on an amazing time for us.The really unique tipi/bell tent combo, refreshing events and amazing location + a delectable BBQ made for a few days we'll never forget. I highly recommend.

We had an incredible stag weekend! Tom was attentive, everything was just perfect and we had an excellent time. Food and beer were delicious, activities were fantastic and campsite was stunning! Would highly recommend!

Booked for daughters hen do.. delayed due to Covid and finally rebooked as soon as restrictions allowed. Excellent communication throughout, directions clear and camp was beautiful. Lovely river for swimming at bottom of field. Very clean spacious tents with lovely flooring. Good quality fire pit and BBQ and provided with vegan options for those that wished in our group. Activities on Coniston perfect, even in the rain! Funny, supportive instructor. Nothing was too much trouble for Tom at Nomad Events or Big Adventure co. Sat Eve meal at pub in Staveley only few mins drive and again good choice for vegans and meat eaters.We would like to return for family get together in future

Excellent venue, great host with plenty of food for bbq and fantastic local beer. The activities of Ghylls scrambling was a great laugh. Would recommend Nomad events to anyone planning a different stag or hen. Great value. Thanks, Tom

I had my stag do at Nomad and I couldn't have asked for a better weekend, the campsite location is incredible, remote enough to feel secluded but close enough to Kendal that its not a hassle to get supplies or head for a night out. The BBQ they supplied was delicious and the keg from Hawkshead Brewery went down very well.We did ghyll scrambling and canoeing for our activities and the scrambling in particular was one of the best things we've ever done, the guides were a laugh and jumping into cold water was the perfect hangover cure for us all.I would recommend a weekend with Nomad to anyone!

Huge thanks to Tom for arranging a top weekend for us. The Tipi was set up on a hill with an awesome view with a 180 degree span of the countryside below. The Tipi and Bell tents are clean and cozy. We also booked the Ghyll scramble through Nomad Events which was an incredible experience. There aren't many Stag friendly sites out there to book, and even fewer decent ones, however Tom and his tents ar top notch. There was also hot showers and toilets on site which were clean.Can't fault it, would reccomend to anyone.Thanks Tom!

Really enjoyed our weekend! Tom was great and responded quickly and was there for our every need!The campsite was great (although basic). The BBQ option was great and we enjoyed the food.We had the additional keg of beer from handsome Brewery and it was very good!Activities wise we did caving which I would recommend every time, a very unique experience. Kayaking and ghyll scrambling, both of which were great! I would ensure you know the locations of the different activities as we had to change what we were doing due to having a taxi to Coniston and not being able to drive elsewhere.We had a night out in Kendal on the Saturday which was better than we expected, I would ensure that you prebook taxis well in advance, we had a group of 16 and I tried to book them in the morning and there was no chance.Overall we had a great weekend, would really recommend for anyone looking for a different, more adventurous Stag!
