I am new to the area and I found DAW Gas on Google. I booked a boiler service with this company based on all the excellent reviews. Dave was absolutely brilliant. He did a thorough check of everything linked to my boiler (I have a lot of bathrooms). Every radiator in the house. Dave has a superb knowledge and he passed on tips and suggestions to get more life and efficiency out of my boiler. Checked a knocking pipe I had a concern with and gave me a rough idea on what I may need doing in the future. I'm very happy I found DAW Gas Services and I trust this company completely. Amazing customer service. Worn shoe protectors and has a lot of knowledge. Cleaned all filters. Very friendly and offered advice with any questions I had. Checked radiators and carbon monoxide box. Arrived on time, sent me a text when on his way. Have booked in for next year!Highly recommend

My elderly parents were being scammed by their previous gas installers. After contacting Dave he came and explained everything clearly to them what the problems were. He advised without any pressure and left them with options on their terms.He came back a few days later after deciding to have a new boiler and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He goes above and beyond, stays in contact all the time with emails, tx, calls, and he really can’t do enough for you. He will be our regular tradesman from now on and we will also recommend him to our family and friends. Absolute 5 star service and can’t thank him enough.

Boiler failed just prior to annual service.DAW attended promptly and reported that a number of boiler components were failing. They could be replaced but costs could easily mount up.I decided to go with a new up to date boiler.A time and day was set, and within a week my boiler was replaced.DAW fitted the new equipment, updated the system all in one morning.Their service was both efficient and courteous.

Dave completed my annual boiler service for me. I had great communication with him leading up to my appointment. During my appointment he was very friendly and respectful of my property, he did a great job with the boiler also checking the radiators. Have already booked in for next year. Thanks Dave!

Dave serviced our boiler today. He is clear with communications and calls prior to appointment to inform of exact arrival time. He is a clean, considerate worker who wears overshoes around your house and talked us through the meaning of the boiler readings and tips for looking after our boiler. Top service.
