Great place to shop and get what you need, whether it be delivery or collection. They have a huge number of items in store. Defo recommend for impulse buyers.

Argos Dundee Overgate
Bought a suitcase at a different branch and the wheel collapsed on first use when travelling to Dundee. Had no receipt with me, and spoke to a really helpful young lady on the phone who gave me the transaction details and advised me to take it into the Overgate store for a replacement. Staff member in store got a supervisor to authorise this and I was refused a replacement: she said it had been damaged intentionally? Wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and basically refused to discuss it. Why on earth would I break it on purpose and then want another one?! No refund, no replacement, and another £70 on a new suitcase at another shop just so I could transport my belongings home.

I bought some fairly expensive over-ear headphones at this Argos but when I tried them on I found that they were too small for my head and hurt to wear. I tried to return them under Argos' 30 day returns policy, however they wouldn't take them as they had been worn" - I had only tried them on and realised they were too small. The person serving me was also not very friendly or apologetic at all. I was trying to buy local but I wish I had just bought from Amazon

Service could be quicker, but overall a good experience. Friendly staff and were able to answer my queries. Able to pick up out of stock item the next day.

Great place to shop. You can either pay online and come here to pick the order or, you can directly visit the shop and purchase the item you are looking for. The customer service was amazing and the old lady who helped me was just amazing. The shop was not at all crowded when I visited but the shopping centre was super crowded.

A good place to shop, not that crowded, covid 19 aware and social distance is required, you can pay by card or cash and order ahead of time and your item will be ready to pick up when you arrive. Aegis has a good app that save paper on past catalogue that just wasted paper. Has wheelchair accessible parking and location in in the second floor of the shopping mall. Staff are friendly and surfaces are cleaned regularly by the looks of things. I will do more shipping here in the future

Ordered a washing machine,endless phone calls just to get it delivered only to find it was faulty! They offered an engineer (I paid for a new working washing machine, not a reconditioned washing machine) they then offered my money back but only once it has been picked up, now its endless phone calls trying to get it picked up! Customer care are so cheeky and have a very cheeky and uncaring attitude like im putting them out! Will not be using them again!

I bought the irons two days ago, I tried at home and saw it not enough of the vapor he gave it to. I wanted to return it back but the employee never took it , I paid 70 pounds to a product I didn't like , my wife got angry and left the irony there . Who's gonna pay me?

The shop is located on the first floor of the Overgate Centre. It offers some good deals, but sometimes the quality of the products is compromised. The staff are friendly. There is an option to buy online and then pick up from the store.
