The lady who vaccinated me and my partner was great. As someone terrified of needles, she made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I was travelling to Africa and had no clue what vaccinations I needed to stay safe and also meet the country's requirement. A phone call to Right dose travel clinic got me to speak to this very lovely, pharmacist who booked an appointment to come in for consultation. She was thorough, and caring. I felt safe when she recommended what was needed; vaccines and malaria tablets. She explained each choice and armed me with enough information to make a choice for me and my wee one.Though we had loads of bites, my wee one did not come down with malaria.To be honest, the pharmacist who was incharge of the clinic was so professional, knowledgeable and warm. 5 stars - especially for students.I attended today for a Yellow Fever vaccine after being let down by another clinic. I phoned and was reassured by the pharmacists knowledge and competencies, and even managed to fit me in on the same afternoon. When I attended, the pharmacy staff were welcoming and Mažena calmly and thoughtfully discussed every aspect of my travels and the pros and cons of various options. She administered my yellow fever vaccine so well that I didn’t even feel it and prescribed me suitable anti-malarials. Would highly recommend due to price, friendliness and competency - especially for any students as they offer a 5% student discount.

Absolutely amazing experience. Would recommend. Majena makes you feel at ease and is very kind and supportive. I had alot of wax (almost pea-size) come out of one of my ears and have had no problems afterwards. Thanks Majena x

Attended for ear wax removal. Mazena was clearly very knowledgeable, taking time to explain the removal process fully before commencing. Very friendly and chatty before and during the process, which put me at ease. Very kind and gentle, regularly checking that I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

I want to share that the Rightdose Clinic has helped me and my family over the last few weeks to a fantastic standard. I came in to enquire about injections I needed for my holiday planned. The staff asked me to wait and in no time I was able to speak to the Clinics Pharmacist and I was given all the information and guidance I needed. I booked in for my injections and it was so simple. Ive now changed my pharmacy to Rightdose and they have helped me with all kinds of conditions and even prescribed me medicines under the NHS for when I wasn't feeling well. Great pharmacy! Would recommend!
