First appointment at this surgery: I arrived 10 mins early and waited 37 mins before I was called. Once in the room I was given 3 minutes as the doctor wanted the next appointment where she was behind. Time wasted and certainly wasnt listened to for a second.

So friendly and kind. Helped my son promptly. Thank you!

Dr Reeves is the best doctor I’ve ever had, consistently thorough, caring and kind. She always listens considerately to any concerns I have and has recently dealt with a difficult medical problem I’ve had with so much efficiency and care, I’m so grateful. The surgery also seems to have a fairly new (I think) receptionist who is lovely, kind and helpful.I can’t recommend enough!

On the rare occasion I’ve been allowed to see a doctor some years ago I have been treated professionally and have no complaints. The problem for me is the receptionists ( or maybe it’s the same one) who seem to put up every barrier possible for me to see a doctor. Last time she felt she could override the request for an emergency referral from another medical professional saying she didn’t take any notice of them. It left me feeling very scared and was hugely stressful having to wait nearly a month for an appointment that had been described as urgent.I would have accepted that judgment from a doctor but not an unqualified receptionist. I have found them to be abrasive and lacking any empathy so now at 70 I feel I have no access to first call medical treatment and will not call them if I have a problem because I feel sure it will be an unpleasant experience. Fortunately I’m in good health at present but obviously I need to find an alternative.

A superb service for their patients. In these challenging times the staff are conscientious, diligent and approachable. For example, today I emailed about online access to medical records and issues I had with an earlier attempt to facilitate this. Not only did Olivia set this up for me again and let me know, she took the trouble to attach doctor's notes to a reply email because I had mentioned that I needed it urgently. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you Dr Stevens and Partners and CRMP for all that you do.

I always do repeat prescription for my husband by email as I was told to. But on all occasions I have found the staff at the reception saying things like he cannot get his meds even though the doctor approved them. They are not medically trained and should refrain from doing such things. It not only hurts the reputation of the surgery but the patient suffer due to having no medication. I am so upset with this surgery at present, it's like begging for care that's rightfully yours.

An excellent GP practice who manage to offer outstanding levels of care despite all of the obstacles put in their way by the current political and economic climate.Yes, there can be long wait times for appointments, but that is due to wider social/political/systemic problems that they have to work within.

An absolute shambles. Trying to save money on referrals to specialist even after two ER visits. Not even arsed to open on time after a 90 minute lunch break. Or to answer their emergency phone number.

I woud not ever trust any of the east oxford district nurses with a 6ft pole i woud not go within 6ft of any of them after what happened to my friend, my friend was branded a disgusting criminal ad a disgusting pedafile by one of them and the others just stood there and laughed, it is been spread around the whole of the east oxford health centre and all of the east oxford district nurses what a disgusting criminal and a disgusting pedafile my friend is i think this is very appaling from the nhs how do they execpt people to come and be district nurses if the current ones are so nasty to people like my friend?? Now the district nurse that spread the pedafile gossip about my friend all round the health centre wants to kill my friend and she will stop at nothing till she kills her my friend has been banned from evrywhere in oxford including her own gp by the district nurse
