Was recommended to TR Fire & Security for installation of a wireless alarm system. From my first contact they were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient despite my number of stupid questions. On the day of installation they arrived as arranged and carried out work quickly and ensured the panel and sensors were installed neatly and areas were left clean and tidy after installation. They took time to explain how the system worked as well as giving me assurances about their aftercare service. Having had to contact them following a manufacturers fault with the equipment I was impressed by their prompt response to my call and attendance at my property. I would very much recommend this alarm system and the company.

TR Fire & Security installed a new fire alarm system in a residential block for me. Their quote was competitive and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They respond to queries quickly and are always on time for the bi-annual service. As a landlord that lives a fair distance from the property it is a pleasure dealing with such a professional company.

We have used T&R at 2 properties for both Cctv cameras & alarm systems following break ins. On both occasions they were very knowledgable and helpful. We have all round vision with audio. They were very professional and everything is neatly installed. The alarm systems are very comforting and I sleep a lot easier at night. Everything was explained clearly (even I can work the app on my phone !). All in all very pleased. We searched through loads of firms and it is very daunting. I would certainly recommend them.
