After nothing but rudeness from main" mobile stores I decided on Tesco provider some years ago... and I'm so glad I did. Staff at Prestatyn have been consistently wonderful and cope well with "older people". Time for a new phone yesterday (13 Nov 2023) and both Chris and Kavisha were polite

Excellent...after all the grief 02 gave me I bought a phone from here, I'm an old dinasour and a guy called Rory helped me out with my new phone, I couldn't be more pleased, still kicking myself for not coming here first !
