LBS Kitchens & Bathrooms Barry

Purchased a full kitchen and their work was very good: prompt service; quick supply and fit; always ready to assist with any issues; would recommend without hesitation.

I have bought a kitchen through LBS which is due to arrive next week. While I am yet to receive it, and see the final product in...flesh, so to speak, I feel compelled to review my experience already. In fact, I couldn't recommend David and Theo enough. The lads have been awesome in helping me throughout the process - from the initial design, to accommodate a last minute necessary change to it. They were always available to help, saw me with very short notice and genuinely did their best to make sure everything worked for me. They provided also very valuable suggestions. It really made you feel like they actually care about the satisfaction of their customers, which is not always a given , unfortunately. So thank you again guys. I shall certainly be back when it's time to do the bathroom!

Bought a kitchen from David at LBS, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help.When a problem did arise (not LBS’s fault) they again went above and beyond to help and resolve the issue within a matter of days, can’t recommend them enough.Quality of the kitchen is very good and comparable to expensive makes at a cheaper price.

I have been dealing with builders merchants for 40 years. It is very unusual to get the quality of service and interest in the project that I received this time. Particular mentions to David Alexander in the kitchen and bathroom department and Harri in the general section.

We’ve just had a kitchen fitted (Symphony) that was supplied by LBS in Barry and the service has been fantastic all the way through the process. Chris, David and Theo all have been great through the process, they were very patient whilst we kept tweaking the design to get it perfect. We have a small kitchen so was a small project and had a smaller budget and we found LBS had the best quality and choice for smaller projects (and budgets!) something we didn’t experience at other suppliers. We also didn’t have to compromise on some parts of the design (like our amazing larder unit!). They were not pushy at all which is rare with kitchen and it was all at our own pace.The delivery from Symphony was also very smooth with no issues whatsoever. LBS also kept hold of our appliances until we were ready which is great, doubt you’d get that service anywhere else! Our fitter also said how great it was to fit, he was done very quickly!5 star service, I can’t recommend LBS enough.

David was really helpful and guided us through what we needed for our ensuite and nothing was too much bother. Really good company to deal with.
