Took my rescue dog, Skipper, to get him flea treatment & to get the microchip details so I change it to my details. I have used SPA Veterinary hospital for as long as I can remember(40+years), never had any problems & the staff seem genuinely happy to help with any issues my fur-companions have. Probably the only Veterinary hospital I trust to help me take care of my fur-companions!

Always a safe haven, I know my dogs will be treated like family - all the staff are really kind and compassionate, very lovely and so knowledgeable; always up to the minute with new medications and diagnosis so you know your pets are receiving the very best treatment. I've been a regular at SPA for over 10 years now, with foster dogs and my own - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very good service, we got an emergency appointment for our cat on the same day, diagnosis was very quick and accurate,all the staff were very friendly, we are extremely grateful :) Picture before and after (7 days)

Brilliant kind and knowledgeable staff . Very helpful and understand for a new puppy owners nerves. Explained everything thoroughly. Can't praise the staff enough

My dog received great care there and was seen in short notice. I definitely recommend it.

One star simply so I am able to write a review. The two cats that my flatmate and I were fostering were not registered with this vet however one ended up here on many occasions due to escaping out the house. What could have been handled in a professional and caring manor was handled poorly and my flatmate and I were treated like clueless children. We organised with cats protection to pick up one of the cats from this vets and cat’s protection even contacted the vet stating we had to sign the piece of paper acknowledging that the cats will be going to a safe environment. However, the vet took it upon herself to sign the paper and send that cat off without contacting us. The poor volunteer driver for cats protection had to turn around and come back. I will NEVER be using this vet. They only seem to care about the money.

My nine year old granddaughter had to have her pet hamster put down. The vet (Kirsten ) and team couldn't have been more lovely and supportive. Thank you for being so kind.

Cannot recommend SPA Vets enough. Had to bring my kitten in for an emergency visit last week. Every member of staff I spoke to was so friendly and comforting during a very scary experience. Very quick and efficient and gave me daily updates on her progress. Thank you especially to Charlie who stood with me while I visited her.Also this morning when I brought Raye in for vaccinations- again everyone so friendly and chatty. Thank you so much for looking after little Raye and for keeping me sane! I’m glad that I’ve chosen such a friendly practice as Raye’s registered vet.
