I did a brilliant one day first aid course with First Aid Exeter a couple of months ago. Our instructor was amazing, she covered everything I'd hoped and did it with lots of real world examples and fun practical exercises. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Last week, me and three of my colleagues attended the two-day Mental Health First Aider course. I cannot recommend First Aid Exeter highly enough. The training was exceptional, and Indie (our instructor) was knowledgeable and engaging.The training was well-structured, informative and interactive (especially through the role plays and dialogues we were tasked with). Although we were discussing sensitive topics, Indie made the space feel inclusive and comfortable for all of us to express our opinions and personal stories with Mental Health.The training has provided me with the necessary knowledge and skills to help in my confidence with recognising and responding to any Mental Health concerns in our office space.
