Cross Roads Garage

I had what I thought was a nasty transmission issue, large rattling that I could not pin down. Just what I needed, another large bill! My car is used for my daily commute and Crossroads managed to get me in the next day, hopefully being able to have a look in the afternoon and at least at least diagnose the issue. So unknown fault, large bill looming, call late afternoon- heat shield broken away, very small bill for welding and collected that evening. First class service, highly recommended. Thanks.

Big shout out to Crossroads Garage in prestwood. Who have gone above and beyond in completing mine and my husbands MOT at short notice.. Their customer service has been exceptional and dedication to the community has been amazing. They helped us both out of a really tough spot with great compassion and kindness. Booked in for MOT, dropped car in at 8 and by 9 it was done and ready, hadn’t even finished my dog walk. Everyone very friendly and the price was very reasonable. Recommend highly

On this occasion it was a case of I'm driving by, I'll stop and see what they've got. Why here, because about 5 years ago I bought a car from them , their service was first class; and the car is still going strong.

We bought an Astra from crossroads in early January and aside from a couple of very minor issues which the garage have gone out of their way to rectify we are very happy with the car. I have found Louise and Darren approachable and helpful and have no reservations recommending them. Marcus in the workshop is fab too and has been great to deal with. I bought a car here in May 2021 and wanted to wait to give my review.After buying the car I had 3 months of hell trying to get various things fixed on it that came to light after purchase. Dealing with the garage was tedious and the customer service almost non-existent. Which I submitted a complaint to them about.I was told it had a full service and fresh clean MOT when I purchased so wasn’t expecting much in the way of repairs etc too soon. However I’ve just had my MOT and it failed on the front brakes which I’ve been told should have been At least and advisory on the last MOT considering the minimal mileage I’ve done.I’ve also had to replace the exhaust and catalytic converter within 6 months of buying the car.So I wouldn’t recommend them as I do not trust them.I asked when I bought the car about any issues etc and was told there was nothing. Which clearly wasn’t true.

We brought a car here last month. When we collected it, there were various bits of damage which had not been listed. It also had not been cleaned. When we got it home, the engine light came on. Was told to take it to our local garage to be fixed under guarantee.Before we could get it there, the car wouldn’t start and was making a terrible noise. When we opened the bonnet, there was clear damage, dip stick was snapped, clearly been ‘worked on’ before buying, bolts left loose from being worked on, water in the oil, the fire wall on the bonnet was missing, parcel shelf cord was snapped, interior handle needed to be replaced - this was our daughters first car. In hindsight, should never have taken it from the garage. Had a dent driver side wing. Awful. Returned with no questions asked (makes me even more concerned that they knew what was being sold). Would not return

Recently bought ford fiesta. Looked after me very well. exceptional service. Very honest advice. Certainly a garage to use and recommend for the future. Many thanks Graham.
