This Pizza express is located in Milton Keynes at a very central and handy location next to the cinema and other food outlets. The menu is the typical pizza express menu which everyone knows and loves. The food was delicious and the service was good. The few negative things were that it took quite a while for the food to arrive, the other thing was that there was a queue of delivery drives sitting around us. Considering we are paying customers, wasn't very nice to sit around deliver drivers walking around with their backpacks, maybe come up with a system for them to collect without disturbing the dining people. Other than that a nice experience

Attended a private home education event to learn how to make pizza. The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. They were incredibly patient with the kids and made an awesome effort to actually be educational and not just hand out ingredients to put together.Thank you so much and would definitely attend for a meal if we're in the area

Unusually for a visit to Pizza Express we had a poor dining experience. They were very busy but the service was slow. Our mains were over cooked, my romana pizza was burnt across one side and wife's Fiorentina had a hard egg in the middle (should be runny). Strangely we were also bugged by tiny flies. Manager was very apologetic and gave us a discount off the bill. It's not usually like this.

Worst experience ever.The person who met us at the entrance was impolite and rude. The waitress had a cold attitude towards us (Muslim family in Hijab) in comparison to white customers, as per the conversation heard. We felt uncomfortable during the stay in the restaurant.Food Pollo Pesto was chewy, uncooked and flavourless.Never coming here again.

We had such a wonderful waitress this afternoon, she was brilliant in every way imaginable. Best waitress we've ever had in any restaurant we've ever been to. She was so friendly and gave us fabulous recommendations and she was super helpful. She said she was new, but we wouldn't even have known because of how great she was. We regret that we didn't get her name, but she had a lovely Irish accent and lovely curly hair and a beautiful and welcoming face with a warm smile. Our food was delicious, but the best part was the waitress. She made the experience amazing. We would definitely come again if we could have her as our waitress again. 5 stars are not enough for her. Thank you very much, lovely waitress.

Visited as part of a full day of shopping in Milton Keynes. Service was prompt, courteous and friendly. The food was served piping hot, and our Fiorentina pizza even arrived with a perfectly cooked egg with a runny yolk. Considering how busy the restaurant appeared to be, the entire experience was very pleasant. The only minor problem was that we were unable to download their App because of poor telephone signal, but our bill was adjusted accordingly. Many thanks to the entire team and in particular to Dora.

Front end service definitely worthy of 5 stars, however the back end let them down. If there are children at the table it's always best to get food out to them first. No parent is going to dig in to their food if there's no food in front of their children. Particularly annoying when I ordered the children's food before mine while I decided what I wanted.Rant out of the way, the waiter was excellent and offered to heat up my pizza as had been waiting for 10 mins for the kids food. The waitress was also very attentive and polite.The food itself was really nice, especially the calamari which was cooked perfectly. Also nice to see the wings with original seasoning and marinade. So used to generic, this was a welcome change. The dough on the pizzas was light, the ingredients fresh and portion sizes perfect.Would have tipped my hat and given a deserved 5 stars if they did a better job with the timing of my children's meals. Will defo go back for the calamari.
