Mr Rubik Ghalustians was very courteous, dealt with my inquiry quickly, and managed his engineers efficiently. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts required and went back to refit all within a couple of days. Price was fair, and team were professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Our washing machine ‘died’ on Saturday - rang Rugal. Prompt reply - offered me a very competitive price and installation by Tuesday. Washing machine was delivered and installed on Monday afternoon. Fantastic service - five stars.

I called Rubik tonight (17:20) as my tenant Bosch washer dryer was broken (error E12) ... Youtube and Google would have to believe is was a water filling error. I called Rubik and he arrived at 6pm!! Same night! He diagnosed the fault - (mis-diagnosed by the Internet faithful). He left having fixed my issue by 7pm!! FANTASTIC!!. He was reasonably priced and looked after other minor issues which could have turned into problems in future!This guy is great and deserves your service. I'm keeping him in my address book for sure!

Very very good service. Our dishwasher broke down we called at 1015 am and the engineer arrived by 1130am, he worked very efficiently and was very tidy and thorough. Good value for money too

Rugal came the same day, diagnosed the problem which was not fixable, fitted a new high quality washing machine and disposed of the old one all within 2 hours leaving the house clean and tidy. Personable and professional, explains everything along the way. Super Service.
