I have no words to describe how much happy I feel after my treatments at Aurora Spa (waxing and facial).Such a welcoming place ,relaxing, clean, everything!!!!Lila is such a fantastic person, she listened to me, she advised me and she looked after me to the maximum!Definitely going back soon!

My partner surprised me with a deep cleanse facial and Swedish massage for my birthday at Aurora Spa and I loved it! Both Catherine and Charis made sure to spoil me from the moment I walked in and I left feeling totally rejuvenated. Charis told me a great deal about my skin type, mistakes I'm making in my own face-care and how I can best look after my skin moving forward. I can't wait to return and make this my local beauty retreat!

Precious was amazing, such a calm and serene person. Whilst my mask was drying she even gave me a neck and head massage. My body felt so relieved and light. I went for a deep cleansing facial, my skin is glowing. Would definitely recommend it, I had a wonderful experience. They take their time with your skin, I did not feel rushed at all.

I love this new salon in Chiswick where the experienced beauty therapist, Lila, uses fabulous Yellow Rose products.The salon is immaculate and sparkling clean, the perfect surroundings for some serious pampering.The golden line ginger body massage was gorgeous and a total treat, it left my skin feeling so soft and hydrated.I also had a special facial using no needle mesotherapy, very relaxing!Finally I had a perfect manicure and gel nails - they lasted weeks!I thoroughly recommend a visit to Aurora Spa Chiswick - just what everyone needs after the excesses of Christmas!

Had an incredible facial from part of the teenage skincare range. My skin feels so rejuvenated and fresh after it suffered during exams! I also had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted before a holiday and I'm so thrilled with the result and will definitely be back soon! A beautifully decorated salon and the staff are so lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Had a pregnancy massage a few weeks ago, the staff and the atmosphere was amazing. However I was 32 weeks pregnant so for me was really hard to lay on the back so I had to move on my sides. Perhaps there should be time limit suggested before purchasing until which week it's the best to have the pregnancy massage. But apart from that I really cannot fault the experience at all.

They cancelled 1 hr before my appointment, I was understanding and rescheduled for another time. Today- my nanny couldn't come, and I asked to reschedule with 3 hrs notice. They said it was impossible and plan to charge me for cancellation since I booked on treatwell and it was less than 24 hrs. I never leave bad reviews, but this deeply bothered me. The person who spoke on the phone, was impatient and patronising (as to why this was their problem).All I ask is the money goes to the Angolan lady who does the actual work in that place (everytime I came in, she was the only one I saw, kind and super flexible). I see you sis, thank you for taking care of me all the times I came in.

I had a manicure, pedicure and facial it was lovely, great service and I'm very pleased with everything I will definitely be back. Thank you to Rajia (sorry if that is spelt incorrectly) you made my birthday treat so special for me I really appreciate it!
