We have been using Ross for I think about 10 years.Initially he solved a boiler problem that others failed to fix.Since then he's taken care of all plumbing and boiler issues.He is so professional but also cares about his customers and will do the impossible to try to deal promptly with the emergencies that can occur

First class service. Arrived on time everytime. Ross and his team are very professional. Ross himself is very knowledgable and takes the time to investigate issues provide solutions all the while explaining what is happening and why. Really went out his way to help, couldnt have asked for more. Very happy will be using RM always for the future, I highly recommened.

Superb company, I would highly recommend. The engineer (Drew) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also diligent and persistent, not leaving until the boiler was fully working again. Ross was also brilliant, providing help and reassurance over the phone. Their service was excellent. Thank you so much guys.
