QR code system for ordering food was a total disaster for us, couldn't get anything to work on it despite two of us trying it. Took a good while for someone to come and take a table order from us after making staff aware of our predicament. Toilets weren't the cleanest and no toilet roll. Our girls had a great time on the trampolines though. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Really not happy with the quality of food atol told me my food would be ready at 1 and that's me just got confirmation that it is ready very disappointed

The actual trampoline park is fab, apart from the broken basketball target game, the issue is with the food and drinks, orders 4 cans of coke through the app, told to wait 20 minutes, we waited 15 mins, went up and just asked, they then gave us the cans just makes me think the staff are just never in a rush, not great.UPDATE: The app for collection says 20 minute wait, there was no clear instructions that said my order would be ready before the 20 mins, if it’s ready earlier it should say, otherwise of course I’m going to wait the time I was told by the app? confused by owner reply?

From an adults point of view this place is a must for kids and even the enthusiastic adult ...... amazing place and very friendly staff. Good organisation and plenty for the kids to do... good choice of quick food and drinks and reasonable priced. Amazing

Called up to book a time then was greeted with a ridiculous registration process, email addresses, phone numbers, house postcode. Password. Last known pets name etc etc. All I want to do is bring the kids to a trampoline Park and yes I will sign a waiver on arrival if needed but this is not enough these days. Ended up not going as was frustrated by the online booking system that did not work and the unhelpful phone manners of the staff.

Wow wat An amazing time my wee lad had at skyline trampoline Park. The staff where very welcoming and helpful. Big shout out to one guyin particular Ethan he was amazing with the kids helping them play and teaching kids tricks.my only down side is it's a little expensive. but when u have lovely staff worth the moneyMy only other down side was having to pay a £2 extra fee for not booking online and just walking in.
