Took the grandson and it was enjoyable. I don't like the 2 price seating structure. We paid for the standard seats but as there were only two more people in we upgraded ourselves to the better seats . The cost of sweets etc is ridiculous and the popcorn was like eating shredded ceiling tiles. Apart from that all good.

Quiet... Sunday viewing. Cinemas air-conditioning was set too low, it was uncomfortably cold.Managed to book the show with the captions on, didn't see it was this one. Very distracting and detracted from enjoying the film... I'll watch for that I'f I ever go back.

Not a great cinema experience!!! The seats are not comfy enough to view the screen!!! I could see other persons head in front of me which blocks the viewing!!! Needs renovation for sure!!!! The seats are itching constantly with bed bugs!!! The toilets needs to be changed too!!! Yes it is cheap with myodeon £5 but that doesn't mean that you don't spent any money or revamping the cinema!!!!

Pretty poor that odeon in general has NO clear opening times anywhere. Not on the doors of their building or the website. There is a hint that they used to show the opening times on the website but you hit a dead end. Assuming that the cinema opens in time for the first showing, I got different answers from random people I asked at the cinema, one cleaner suggested 11 or 12... This came and went, the Costa woman claimed 3... The first showing was 2. So that didn't make sense. Eventually an employee suggested 2:45 ? Why 2:45 ? And what would happen if you were going to the 2pm showing ? Just seems poor customer experience.

Great cinema lots of friendly helpful staff. Comfortable seats, good choice of screens up to date films. Good parking options and a cafe on site. Recommended cinema.

Popcorn was old and chewy, Coke was flat and all for the princely sum of 12 quid, binned it. Venue is old and tired, much better options at Vue and Hanley. Kids kept coming in and out of the Screen during the film evading security, annoying.

Saturday night, big movie and the cinema was dead. Also, there was niwhere to sit and thd coffee bar was shut. Hardly anyone there. Giving 2 stars because I didn't like it. The tickets however were cheap but so was the experience. Movie was quite good though.

It’s got great prices for the tickets, snacks are a bit expensive but then they always are at the cinema. Can bring your own instead if you prefer. Queue for the confectionary was quite long and moved slow. Three members of staff behind the counter didn’t seem like it could have been enough. Another member of staff in the entryway was a bit blunt when asking us to move up in the queue (as I said it was slow and we got distracted on our phones waiting to move) didn’t seem very friendly or approachable really :/ the other members of staff seemed nice though and were patient with my order (that got a bit mixed up by my friends). The screen room was nice and tidy upon entry however I do find the seats were quite low from row to row. I sat in the very back row and could barely see over the row in front of me. Other cinemas definitely have more vertically spaced rows. Chairs were comfy enough and I enjoyed the movie too.

Don't get me wrong this cinema is ok. The staff were lovely and friendly and they have a range of screens so have a selection of films to choose from. My only issue is I feel it is a little out dated and need of a revamp. Compared to some local cinemas this cinema just feels a little grotty and old, and I find the seats very uncomfy, however you do have the option to pick nicer seats for an added cost. However there is four hours free parking so that is a bonus.
