Elena's pilates classes are excellent! I work in an office and I sit down for 8 hours or more a day. For the last few years I've been suffering from leg numbness. Elena's classes truly help my body move in varied ways that I wouldn't usually do e.g. rotations in hip joint, and that really helps to release pressure from my sciatic nerve. I highly recommend Elena as your teacher, she makes the classes so enjoyable and you learn so much about your body! 10/10!

I had never tried pilates before, but Elena’s classes are very easy to follow. She demonstrates and explains everything so well. Since starting her classes I’m more flexible and my back pain has eased off. Absolutely excellent pilates instructor!

Elena's online classes provide a varied and interesting programme and were a life saver during lockdown. The classes are challenging but tailored according to ability and I cannot recommend her too highly.

I started attending Pilates classes with Elena remotely in May. The past few months have been difficult for everyone in many ways, but Elena's classes are certainly one of the positives, for me, to have come from the situation. While I've always previously found the time and motivation to run or cycle, I've neglected some of the other things that help support these activities - a focus on core strength and mobility. Elena's classes have really enabled me to refocus on these aspects. I've really looked forward to the classes each week; Elena has a great way of explaining things and she works with each individual's limitations. Where certain moves or postures are too difficult for someone, she will always find alternatives that work. Gone are my concerns from previous classes elsewhere, where I have often felt discouraged by my inability to 'perform' a certain move or posture. I've really noticed the difference since taking it up and, touch wood, have been injury free since March, despite doing more running and cycling than ever!

I always look forward to my weekly Pilates classes with Elena. Having been a proponent of high-intensity exercise for years, Elena’s classes complement HIIT and running perfectly and helped me become stronger, more flexible, perform better and recover faster. The classes are fun but challenging and I can feel my body improving from class to class. Elena is very knowledgeable and thorough instructor and every class has a very nice flow with a great combination of strength and flexibility postures. Move & Reboot Pilates is a must for me!
