Nicola on reception was so alienating, that we never actually got round to discussing anything. I was very nervous phoning up in the first instance, even though it was on behalf of my friend, to get an understanding of how things work & was told they couldn't speak to me at all. So of course I won't be recommending Bannister Preston. Shame that the person on the front desk scares away potential clients.Note, this review applies to Sale branch, everyone I've dealt with at the Irlam branch is very warm & welcoming (based on 2 house purchases, and 1 house sale).

I recently used Bannister Preston's conveyancing services whilst purchasing my first property. The online system was very easy to use and let me know what information was needed by me and when. Harry - my solicitor - was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and very timely when speaking on the phone or by email. Would definitely recommend!

My mum and i used this firm for selling our family home, and i was so impressed with the way Sophie our solicitor was so on ball, she kept us up to date, we didnt have to worry at all as everything was taken care of, i would highly recommend using Sophie at this firm, proffessional and curtious, anything you needed they take care of, i will be ising this firm again.

We used Bannister Preston for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house which were 6 months apart. Our house sale had to be completed quickly as our buyer had a tight deadline and they pulled out the stops to make it happen. Purchase of our new build went very smoothly.Our house builder recommended Bannister Preston and we weren’t disappointed, I would recommend them to anyone based on our experience, it took the hasstle and stress out of the process.

We first came across Bannister Preston after reading their amazing reviews and have just completed our house purchase with them as our solicitors. We have been so impressed with this law firm, especially Krishna. Buying our first property, we were weary that the whole process would take a long time and thought that we would have to call our solicitor a few times a week to keep things moving. But there was no need to do this with Krishna as she promptly replied to all our emails and kept things moving even without us chasing her.
