Avoid this place. They charge you unfairly and communication is terrible.Took my little ones for check ups and my little girl asked for a sticker, was told they had none.When I checked at the reception desk they had loads.Receptionists are awful, haven’t a clue what they’re doing and no help at all.The vibes they give off is cold and depressing.Put off by the place that much I’ve gone private else where.Not usually one to bad review places but feel like I need to warn others.

This is the best dentist by a long shot - I've had clear aligners and composite bonding with Dr Zaidoon and team. I'm very happy with the quality of service I've received. The team are polite and helpful, and as a private patient the cost is fair. I felt listened to and comfortable and we worked together to get the best result. I've had a lot of compliments on my teeth and I always recommend this dentist.

Disgusting service from Sara Hussain, attempted a filling and drilled straight into my gum after 30 seconds gave up and referred me to the hospital. Already taken my money for my treatment on my other tooth and because I missed an appointment due to change of shifts at work has told me I can’t rebook this appointment, I am now off the list for a year after already taking my money. So this is a dentist who is happy to leave me with 2 rotting teeth in my mouth for a whole year. They do not care about you or your well-being like the other reviews say they just want your money and your not in the chair 30seconds. I can’t even get any details from the receptionist about my referrals to the hospital. Do not use these people.

Great dentists. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Dr Mohammed Sadiq is excellent. He's kind and patient and takes the fear out if the process for my son (and me!).

The dentist that did my sons emergency treatment was amazing. The receptionist that looked after us when my son nearly fainted was also just as amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone with children scared of the dentist

I stumbled upon a dental practice with a hidden gem, the upstairs' surgery, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! The dentist and dental nurse up there were absolutely amazing. They made my visit painless and even fun! The state-of-the-art equipment and modern technology in that surgery were impressive. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. It's definitely a dental practice worth smiling about!

I wouldn't give the dentist I went to here 1*. I required a denture and after going to many appointments, for castings the denture came back oversized. Now when I say oversized, I mean to the point it didn't fit my palate, I couldn't close my mouth evan 50%! The dentist decided she would do a DIY job there and then infront of me. She got a drill out and was shaving parts off it. After covering herself in white dust she tried to fit it again, obviously without joy. It niw had very Sharp edges cutting into my gums. She said it would be fine and try it for a couple of weeks. I refused so they got a recast. Again it came back just as it left, sharp, missing pieces and didn't fit. She got the drill out again and I refused for her to evan try and fix it, I wanted a refund. They agreed a refund but said the accounts at head office would have to refund me. 3 weeks later no refund. I called the dentist, they gave me the head office number whom I rang many times. Still no refund after being fobbed off by Hoyland Dental practice and the head office I am now having to get my bank to retrieve it legally. Dr Sara Hussain is an absolute joke of a dentist and I am now contacting the Dental commissioner's department to make a formal complaint. Please do not waste your time and go to a dentist that is experienced and can do the job they are employed to do!**Update, still no refund. Their accounts department in Nottingham which is called the Health Commission! They are fobbing me off every time I ring and not refunding me. Its been over a month now without a refund. I am now taking this legal and contacting the Dentist ombudsman.

I have been several times & had good experience, but today was disappointing, my usual dentist was not available, had to see a young male dentist rather sharp & abrupt to me and his assistant. No bib used or glasses to catch spray, had to ask for wipes after mouthwash.The assistant was nice & polite.Receptionist was attentive.
