Katsu curry. 8.99Burnt, crispy, no veg. Just a pot of simultaneously burnt and flabby duck (mostly skin with unrendered fat attached) and a separate pot of presumably curry sauce.Prawn toast 1 slice, hacked into tiny odd shaped pieces, reheated in a microwave in the delivery box.How do I know? The little pot of mayonnaise - yes, mayonnaise- they microwaved along with it had melted.The duck I can just about forgive - but reheating seafood? That's incredibly dangerous.Whole meal went in the bin.Called the shop to ask about a refund - utterly disinterested and rude.Avoid

Ordered food from fortune cat a few times and tonight was disappointed. I had japenese teriyaki with rice and chicken Hong Kong style and rice pots.Japanese teriyaki was not very nice,Hong Kong chicken was OK no problems, chicken spring rolls wasn't crispy soggy. Will try high barnet next time. See the comp.

Lovely looking place, spotlessly clean and beautiful hand painted Chinese murals on the wall. I ordered beef in black bean sauce and egg fried rice in a single lunch box and the portions were generous. My only beef with the meal, (sorry, couldn't resist that one :), was the beef was very chewy. It only took about 8 minutes to cook so I would have preferred to wait a couple of minutes more to toss the meat in bicarbonate of soda, it instantly makes all meats very tender, but the rest of the meal was perfect!!lt really would have been worth the £7.90 I paid had it not been for the chewy beef!

Very salty and not a lot of flavour. The only thing I ordered which was reasonably good was the crispy duck. I don't know why I occasionally order from Fortune Cat every now and again, its always so disappointing.

Ordered from here for years and it was good but never again more to do with the woman I spoke to when I am checking on the order rather than the two hour delay. Called East Barnet. Number dead. Called barnet branch. Fed a load of rubbish, not their fault, problems with telephone signal even though the number says it’s not working. About to cancel order, it then turns up cold. Nobody likes to be lied to.

I ordered delivery from deliveroo. The packaging was completely nonsensical. I ordered a box meal (main + side) with chips as my side. I intended to give the chips to another person. I specifically wrote Please package chips separately- thank you!" On the instructions. The order arrived with the messy

I ordered vegetable green curry and added extra rice. What came was a medium portion of rice (80%) with 15% onions and maybe 5% vegetables. It did not taste great either and had a hair in it. Complete waste of money. People should be ashamed selling such poor food.

Ordered chow mein and sweet and sour chicken. Everything was fresh and very flavourful. Have had 3 or 4 great meals here now.

I ordered a meat via Uber Eats, and the driver couldn't find the address. After coming downstairs in my pj's and in the rain, the driver found it but was extremely rude and refused to give us the food. I spoke to the restaurant, who refused to take responsibility.My order was with the restaurant, not the driver, and they should've replaced the food. They did nothing except say call Uber Eats."This is awful service
