I had an excellent experience with The Gas Man NI. Gareth provided a thorough quote for a new boiler, offering valuable recommendations tailored to the size of my house. Two weeks later, he and his colleague Tony personally installed my all singing all dancing boiler. If I could give more stars, I would! Their work was absolutely brilliant, and I highly recommend their services.

Brilliant service, we have underfloor heating and a separate heating system for upstairs and needed things updated, it was a complete mission and we had so much air in the system it took a long time to rectify, but Gareth kept checking in with us and squeezing us in on his way home in the evenings to make sure everything was all good, we then had our gas safety certificates done by another guy from his team and again this was done efficiently. Anyone we have dealt with from the phonecalls to the office, team members or Gareth himself have all been very professional and they defo go out of their way to help when they can.

I had Gareth and his team install my gas system coming 3 years ago, this was 1st class from the survey, quote to install.Had his team complete my annual services again 1st class.Tonight lost my heating and hot water and in a panic messaged the Gasman NI, within minutes he supplied as few quick fixes to the regulator reset and boiler resets and I am back up and running.Don't mess with gas and us the professionals and this guy and his team are.Thank you Gareth and your team.(obviously the last thing you need is your heating down but in these days when your expecting the worst on bills and these guys sort you in minutes is a major emotional lift never mind a financial relief).

I converted from oil to gas in December 2021 by Gareth & his team. I was a bit anxious about it because of my pets etc but Gareth put my mind at rest. His team are a credit to him, they are very polite and respectful. From coming out at the start for the initial quotation/chat, to measuring up for the radiators to installation, everything was explained. I would also like to say his admin team are wonderful and talked me through everything. I would definitely recommend The Gas Man to family and friends. 6 months of waiting for proper heating and it was definitely worth the wait

Can't thank Gareth and his team enough. It was a difficult install to take on and we didn't think we would be able to get anyone to help but we couldn't have been more wrong. Gareth and his team at The Gas Man Ltd are the epitome of a professionally run local business. From first contact, the admin team are friendly and super efficient, keeping you fully informed throughout the process. When it came to the install, the team completed a full oil to gas conversion with new gas hob in less than a day with Gareth overseeing the work. The workmanship is superb with no mess to clean up. They even installed a pressure gauge and refill loop in the hotpress for easy re-pressurising of the system and labelled all the pipes. After the install I was given a comprehensive run down of the system, how to operate it and how to maintain it. After-sales service was just as impressive with them returning to fit a new shower processor. Highly recommended. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed with their level of work and service.
