I was absolutely in denial for many years about my very poor MH. Not until I nearly reached the end, did I reach out!I’m glad I found AM because if I didn’t have the positive experience I did with these guys, I don’t know where I would be today. Their help and support has been second to none and the warmth from all at the charity rubs off on you when you feel that all humanity is evil and not worth being part of.I have met many long term friends in fellow service users and learnt more about myself than I did within the first 39 years of my life.Not only have they supported me, but they have supported my family also. I owe the charity and team a dept of gratitude and I wish all that volunteer and support the charity all my very best.Thank you!

I would like to thank the veteran families for getting help for my son. He's an ex-serviceman who desperately needed help in gaining access to mental health treatment. They assisted in gaining him help with our local crisis team and also referring him to Anxious Minds too as a matter of urgency.

Friendly staff, easy to talk to. Issues im having dont seem to be quite as big now.
