Lucy provides such a great and much-needed service, demystifying the world of baby-carrying and giving you confidence and expert advice to help you choose the right sling. She's generous and easy to work with. Oxford is lucky to have her.

I booked a home visit with Lucy. Lucy was so friendly and helpful, she came with lots of slings to try out and patiently guided me through trying them all on. She had lots of advice on how to ensure a good and safe fit for me and baby. I ended up hiring 2 slings and already it has made such a difference to my day as I’ve been able to get on with things hands free!

Ahh I am so happy we made an appointment with Lucy after we decided to face our fears with wrap style slings with our second baby. Our second little girl is 3 weeks old and we've been keen to baby-wear so we can more easily look after our toddler, go for dog walks, etc. but we didn't like how she was sitting in a structured carrier, even with a newborn insert. My husband and I had a real mental block when it came to soft wraps as we'd convinced ourselves they were really complicated. Lucy was incredibly patient with our frazzled, sleep-deprived selves and let us try it out lots and lots with her weighted demo babies. I now feel really confident that I can not only do it but that I can do it so it is optimally safe and comfortable for my little one. I went for a walk with her in the sling with her today and felt so chuffed!!! Please please go to the sling library if you need any help!

Lucy provided 1:1 advice on slings including fitting. She has a huge amount of knowledge and was very friendly, taking time to talk through options. Lucy advised on the slings we have and let us try a selection of slings suitable for hiking. We felt very confident after the appointment and are almost solely carrying our little boy. Lovely lady, great service and very reasonable costs. Highly recommend!

I contacted Lucy as I wanted to check I was using both my ring sling and my baby carrier correctly with my 5month old, and I'm so glad I did! Despite watching hours of YouTube tutorials, I clearly needed in person support and I am now confident that I can carry my baby safely and comfortably. Lucy was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had made an appt to look for a baby carrier for our up and coming trip, we were a bit reluctant as didn’t think our nearly two year old who wasn’t use to being in a carrier would be open to using one after trying her out in a back pack style one that was quite large and actually frightened her!Lucy was beyond helpful listened to all our needs, gave us plenty of time and guided us completely. Managed to find a sling i didn’t even know existed that works perfectly for her age! Lucy was great with the kids made us feel so welcome, and was just so so lovely! We’ve got our slings reserved for our trip at such a bargain price! Thank you so much Lucy!

10 minutes into the appointment and I’d already said ‘oh this is going to be life changing!’ Lucy is wonderful; so knowledgeable and a great teacher. She helped me to find baby wearing solutions for my lower back pain. Just wish I’d booked months earlier!

My 6 month old baby and I had a great appointment with Lucy. After turning up late and needing to do an immediate nappy change, I felt very bad, but Lucy was lovely about the situation and immediately made me feel at ease. Lucy has such a wealth of knowledge on slings and baby wearing! I came away from the appointment reassured as to how to use a sling correctly and had the opportunity to try lots of different slings to find one that felt much more comfortable for me than the slings I’d previously been using. I’m so grateful for her service, especially now that my baby only naps on me. I’d highly recommend her!! :)

Lucy is utterly lovely and welcoming. She really knows her slings inside out. So helpful to have the hands-on consultation and demonstration from an expert. Even as an experienced baby-carrier, I learned/relearned so much! So many tiny extra tips Lucy knows to make each carry comfortable and just right. She was so welcoming of questions and really followed what I was wanting.
